Meet the Associates
Andrea is an experienced global Human Resources leader, with skills in consulting, leadership coaching, adult learning & development, and organisational change.
She is committed to building great people management, and to developing staff as the key asset to the business. She partners with senior business leaders and HR teams, driving strategic development of the organisation and delivering HR practices implemented in a practical and focused way.
Andrea’s passion is the for-purpose world, helping leaders and Human Resources staff do even better at building great employee experience, excellent performance and worthwhile careers. She has worked in for-profit and for-purpose organisations and has worked with a wide range of organisations as a consultant. In particular, her experience of the last 20 years – in two of the largest global organisations delivering humanitarian action and development – has provided strong insight into what it takes to lead, succeed, and serve in that environment.
Richard has 25 years’ experience of coaching people in commercial and charitable organisations, as well as a background in Human Resources and Organisation Development.
He has worked as a leader and director at national, international and global levels and is also a chartered occupational psychologist.
Richard is passionate about people, performance, and releasing the potential of individuals and teams. He believes there is great capacity in each individual, but also great potential for that capacity to be stifled, derailed or undermined. At their best, leaders can achieve extraordinary results for their teams and their organisations. In his coaching, he aims to help leaders achieve more of their best work, more often.
Richard helps managers and leaders discover actionable insights about their leadership style; achieve greater wellbeing and balance; and find their way successfully through transitions.
