Red Sea’s original mandate was to launch as a Global South search specialist, and we have filled leadership roles in Latin America, Africa, and Asia, as well as Europe and North America. We recruited our staff, consultants and researchers to reflect our global diversity and values, and have consultants in Nairobi, Istanbul, Mumbai, Washington DC, London, and Barcelona, with operations in South Africa and the UK, and will continue to build and diversify internationally.

We are a boutique search firm – as such, we are more flexible and more project focused, and you will work with both the senior consultant and researcher working on the role. Our consultants tend to work only two or three projects at a time, to give your organisation full attention, time, value for money and our full engagement through the recruiting process.
