About the role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant for the Africa Region to join our growing company.
You will be responsible for Executive Search in Africa, working with other consultants in the US, Spain, UK, India, Kenya, Turkey and alongside our operations in South Africa.
The role combines business development, candidate research and client management in both global development and philanthropy and offers the opportunity for you to network and work within INGOs and UN agencies. We already have client relationships in Africa which you will be given access to, along with building relationships with new clients.
We are a global, virtual team and are flexible on working hours.
We are looking for a collaborative, values-driven, self-starter who is interested in trends and changes across global civil society.
You will be an excellent communicator with highly development interpersonal, networking and client management skills. You will be a skilled influencer, able to negotiate and persuade effectively and provide effective, bespoke solutions to our clients.
You will have experience in senior/executive search, gained either through an in-house recruitment role or from an agency.
You will have either Senior HR/talent acquisition experience in INGOs in Africa or previous search experience at Executive level in Africa.
For this opportunity we are looking for an African national. Whilst we would prefer our consultant to be collocated with colleagues in either Nairobi or Johannesburg, we are certainly open to considering other countries in Africa.
