The Nehemiah Project is a Registered Charity providing a home and support for vulnerable adult men with a history of addiction, crime and homelessness. Nehemiah is seeking an experienced Operations Manager on the retirement of our current incumbent. This post would suit a candidate who is agile, able to manage a variety of ongoing projects whilst responding swiftly to any unforeseen event.
The Operations Manager’s ultimate responsibility is to increase operational efficiency in the Charity; you will have experience of working within a small team, Nehemiah has a total office staff of fourteen. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management. Additionally, we seek proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the whole team.
Nehemiah has adopted a growth strategy with the vision of having 100 beds by 2028, and the Operations Manager will be integral to developing and implementing this strategy, working closely with both the CEO and Estates & Portfolio Manager (E&PM). The successful candidate will have the responsibility of developing an operational growth strategy that will identify the different elements required to open houses of varying sizes.
