With over 30 years of experience, he tacitly aligns his understanding about Core HR Processes, Organisational Strategy, Financial Management, Operations and Analytics to articulate frameworks and systems that are appropriate for improving overall efficiencies in the organisations.
Hazel Douglas (MSc – Change, Dip. Counselling, Dip. Management, Master NLP, Cert Coaching) initially trained as a youth and community worker and worked in North London. She then moved into HR and worked for the Post Office Pension Fund, LB Camden, the Girl Guides Assn and Oxfam GB, where she was global HR Director.
Gopal Rao is a strategic business leader in the not-for-profit sector with over 34 years’ experience operating globally, regionally and at national level. Gopal is passionate about organisational transformation through creating new opportunities, improving business processes, and building organisations.
Emma Crompton is the founder, Lead People Consultant and Executive Coach at EFA People Consulting, based in Nairobi, Kenya. She is also a Seed Consultant at Stanford Seed (a business transformation programme at Stanford Graduate School of Business). Emma is a Certified Professional Coach (ICF and CDI Africa) and a Certified Mediator (Facilit8 and SDRC).
